Return & Refund Policy

At The Startup Kids, we are committed to providing high-quality educational products and resources. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products

Returns

We accept returns of physical products within 14 days of delivery if the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition

  • Is returned in its original packaging

  • Is not damaged by misuse or handling after delivery 

To request a return, please contact us at thestartupkids.com.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was received damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item to help resolve the issue quickly.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable resources, digital workbooks, online content, and app-based products, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

Exceptions may be considered if:

  • You were charged incorrectly

  • You experienced technical issues that prevent access to the product and we are unable to resolve them

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases on digital products. For physical products, change-of-mind returns may be accepted in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
